We are proud to introduce our range of products and services. MTE is a division of MecTec Training which provides training and assessment packages to both the public and private sector on a wide range of topics with many options to suite all requirements. For details see main page. As a hardworking company with family commitments we realise that leisure time is an important part of the family week. So as keen sports people we have introduced a leisure and wellbeing dimension to the company product portfolio. We have available an exciting land based sailing activity which is suitable for all ages, 8 and up. Younger children are not excluded and are encouraged to sail in tandem with their parents in a purpose designed Shadow Kart. The sport is also available to their grandparents so it truly is a sport that closes the generation gap. We are as far as possible making the sport available to everyone and welcome all manner of clubs and schools including those with limited mobility to get involved with us in a growing sport.  Our Favourite beach Fully qualified instructors are available to take you from your first landsailing experience to completion ready, with maximum fun along the way. Helmets goggles and gloves are provided for all sessions. As Irelands leading landsaling centre you can hire or buy your own landsailer from our range of BLOKART models, we also stock a range of helmets from RuRok and Blokart. A full range of spares are available. We have regular demo days at the local beaches where you can arrive and sail for a small fee. As a reputable company all people sailing under the MecTec banner do so in a safe and friendly environment and are fully insured. Gift vouchers are available for a 2 hour sailing experience which you can purchase through Blokarters.com or by contacting the office on 02890 825352, the vouchers will be on line soon. The cost will be £60.00 and includes the hire of the landsailer, helmet, gloves, goggles and the use of an instructor. Vouchers will make a great present for that hard to get for person on their Birthday, Christmas or for when they just deserve a treat. Group rates are available for birthday parties, stag and hen parties of just simply a group of friends getting together for some serious messing.  Corporate Days Dates for your diary MecTec in conjunction with Tradewoks are hosting a family fun day in Donegal over the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd of August. If you fancy a bit of fun you will be more than welcome to call up and play on the beach. There may be some fun races organized but the emphasis will be very much on families and fun. No one will be left out. So if you have a kart and a family, come along, if you have neither come along anyway and we'll see if we can provide one or the other. Happy sailing  Going for the mark |
